Virtuoso oboist, Christopher Redgate, gives the world premiere of uncompromisingness with which dogma is held, a work specially commissioned for his microtonal oboe. Uncompromisingness with which dogma is held is the longest work yet written for solo oboe, and explores the psychology of notation, and the perception of time and form, through some of the most extremely virtuosic music ever written for this instrument.
